Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Waycraft World Private Limited operates as a travel and tourism service provider through its online platform www.letssafar.com, offering curated tours, activities, and experiences through trusted partners across India.

As our business is service-based, once a booking or payment is successfully made, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained unless specified otherwise in the activity's individual cancellation terms.

Each activity or experience listed on letssafar.com includes specific cancellation and refund details in its description:

• If the activity is non-refundable, no refund will be issued under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed.
• If the activity is refundable, you will be eligible for a refund as per the stated conditions, and the amount will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective service provider.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation requests will be governed strictly by the individual activity's cancellation policy mentioned on its detail page.

To cancel a booking within the permitted window, please email us at support@letssafar.com or deep.patel@letssafar.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation.

If your booking qualifies for a refund (based on the applicable policy), the refund will be initiated within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.

• Some activities or partner-operated services may have non-refundable conditions, which will be clearly stated before booking confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

As Waycraft World Private Limited offers digital travel services, there is no physical shipping or product delivery.

• All booking confirmations, vouchers, and itineraries are sent digitally to the customer's registered email ID and/or WhatsApp number once payment is successfully processed.
• In case of delays due to technical or operational issues, customers will be notified immediately.
• If a booking cannot be fulfilled due to partner unavailability or other unavoidable reasons, Waycraft World Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund to the original payment source.

Return Policy (Not Applicable)

As our services are digital and experience-based, no physical returns or exchanges are applicable once the booking has been confirmed and delivered.
